Within each of us lives a fierce, sensitive, deep — wild and free nature.
She knows how to listen to the Earth, breathe fully, speak with her true voice, and dance under the stars. But in the rush of daily life, she is often forgotten, asleep, or hiding behind the mask of a "good girl" — obedient, quiet, correct.
Yet all it takes is to turn toward her, to give her space and freedom — and the return begins.
Why awaken your wild nature?
This is a return to your essence — to the deep roots of feminine nature.
To feel alive. Whole. Real.
We invite you to a special place — in the Italian mountains, in a house steeped in history, creativity, and love. With the aromas of home-cooked Italian meals, a warm fireplace, fireflies, stars overhead, and a cozy sauna.
A space where you can breathe freely.
Sound boldly.
Dance to exhaustion.
Unleash everything.
And simply be. In silence or wildness. In nature’s embrace.
Together in a circle of women, held in gentle support.
We will:
I've always been drawn to "just dance" — freely, from within, in response to music and life. Dance is how I live in my body, in my feelings, in the moment. I move whenever I can — alone, with a partner, in a group. With curiosity, I explore new forms, study, and blend psychotherapy with embodiment — because I know: true healing movement doesn’t come from technique, but from a living connection with oneself.
I guide practices of free and creative dance based on an integrative approach that weaves together body awareness, creativity, and deep perception. In my work, I draw from psychodrama, art therapy, Body-Mind Centering, provocative and dance-movement therapy.
Dance helps us process, explore, and heal — and I’m honored to share this space of movement and discovery with those who feel the call.
For over 30 years, I’ve lived and worked in Italy, blending the Italian art of savoring life with the soulful depth of Slavic consciousness.
What I offer is a unique approach — where beauty, presence, gentleness, and meaning take form and become experience.
In my work, dance is not just movement — it’s a living space where the body, creativity, love for life, and trust in the Divine come together.
Side effects may include: vitality, joy, lightness, emotional fluency, and the simple pleasure of being.
And above all — love.
As a value. A state of being.
A conscious act. A sacred choice.
