Natasha Pirogova
• Artist • Choreographer • Dance Movement Therapist with a spiritual approach • Teacher • Lightworker • Author • Mother of two children.
An artist who creates a space that allows the body and soul to connect and open through movement.
For over 30 years, she has lived and worked in Italy, and she has a unique sensitivity for blending the Italian art of enjoying life with the Slavic depth of awareness.

In her unique method, beauty, presence, softness, and inner meaning come to life. Dance becomes not a technique, but a guide to true naturalness, freedom, and wholeness.

She holds a degree in Literature from the University of Padua and is the art director of the Russian culture festival Imago Russia.

In her practice, Natasha uses a variety of methods and tools to create a space for bodily liberation, awareness, and inner growth.

She helps people access a state of authenticity, joy, and wholeness.
What she loves most is guiding a person to discover their own unique dance.

And sometimes, she may even dance it for them — in union with their Higher, multidimensional Self.

From years of working with bodies and souls, her signature method “Natasha’s Dance” was born — described in the book of the same name, published in Italy in 2015.

The 12 qualities of the Living Flow follow the principles of Spiritual Psychology developed by Alexander Menshikov.
How we can work together
I work with the body, movement, and the soul — both individually and in groups, online and in person. Here are a few ways we can stay connected:

Online Practices
Regular Zoom sessions where we move, feel, and explore together.
A space of gentle presence and embodied awareness — accessible from the comfort of your home.

One-on-One Sessions
Personal guidance if you feel called to go deeper.
Through bodywork, questions, and support, I help you return to yourself.

In-Person Gatherings & Retreats
From time to time, I lead immersive experiences in powerful places — in Italy and beyond.
An opportunity to truly rest, reset, and reconnect with your body in a new way.

Retreat Practices
1. Benevolence
I trust
Through somatic practices, we learn to receive — touch, presence, life. By opening to benevolence, we allow ourselves to be supported.
Dance of trust

2.Attentiveness
I create life
Focused attention brings the body to life. We reclaim sensitivity, the ability to see, to create, and to move with the flow.
Dance of living presence.

3.Free Will
I dance
Life is a dance of choice. We explore how to express will — with heart, through action, through movement.
Dance of decisiveness.

4. Sufficiency
I take up space
The body is my home. We find grounding, connection with the Earth, and the right to exist. Through anger — toward clear boundaries and inner strength.
Dance of rooting.

5. Beauty
I marvel
To be in beauty is to be alive. We learn to see, feel, and create from a place of wonder.
Dance of merging with beauty.

6. Imperfection
I live
The living doesn't have to be perfect. We allow ourselves freedom, spontaneity, and play — just as we are.
Dance of wild self-acceptance.
7. Expression
I show myself off
By becoming aware of our posture and the way we walk, we allow ourselves to be seen — with beauty and dignity.
Dance of bodily nobility.

8. Vulnerability
I feel
We open up our sensitivity and allow ourselves to be touched. Gentleness begins with the self.
Dance of the living heart.

9. Gentleness
I touch
Through soft and conscious touch, we learn to trust. Gentleness is a way to love through movement.
Dance of touch.

10. Conductivity
I rejoice
The body is a channel for joy. Through playfulness and openness, we allow life to flow through us.
Dance of openness.

11. Value
I appreciate
The body holds the knowledge of what truly matters to us. We discern between desires and values to stand on our own ground.
Dance of meaning.

12. Healthy system
I participate
I am part of something greater. We enter a shared field of movement, attuned with the group and with life.
Dance of belonging.
